Tom has more than 20 years' experience working at both international and Australian law firms, predominantly in litigation and dispute resolution.  Before establishing the firm, Tom was the Hong Kong and Macau legal counsel at Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited, where he advised on, negotiated and prepared design and construct, design build and operate and joint venture contracts, subcontracts and consultancy agreements.

Tom holds Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Sydney University and a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
